Mike, The unit is not showing a F2 E2 error code but any of the error codes that start with F2 error would be an indication that there is a problem with the keypad. You will want to check the keypad connection for a firm connection. Press cancel and if the error code returns after 60 sec. replace the keypad, if not replace the control board.
