Bob for Model Number AER5844VAB 0 All 4 burners on the cooktop are working but the electronic rage control is "dead". No lights on the control and none of the commands work. Solution?
Answer Hello Bob. You will need to test and see if there is power coming to the control board in the unit. If so, and the unit does not work, you will need to order and replace the control board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
