Jeff for Model Number whirlpool wfe366lvs0 I was using both the cook top and the oven. Both stopped working simultaneously when I smelled something burn out. The digital display still works normally but nothings heating up. I have no issue with household breakers. Am I looking at a bad thermal fuse or something else?
Answer Hello Jeff, This will most likely be a loose terminal on the terminal block WPW10245259 where the power cord connects to the unit. This normally requires the replacement of the cord and the terminal block. The only other thing it could be is the wall outlet behind the unit. If you have a three prong plug you will need TJMA-7673 and 5304512983. If you have a four prong plug, you will need TJMA-1212 and WX09X10035. Read More...
