Brad for Model Number MH1160XSQ-0 The light under the microwave will not work, even with multiple new bulbs tried. It evens beeps when selecting the different light settings. Everything else works great as well. Is there a fuse somewhere for the light fixture or what would be wrong? Model # MH1160XSQ-0 and it's a Whirlpool. Thanks for any help!!
Answer Hi Brad. You need to use a volt/ohm meter part # MA-DM1. On the gray wire from the 1P3 wire and the Yellow wire from the 1P2 connector you need 120 vac output as you ask the light to come on. The control panel is part # WPW10164891. Make sure you have clean,tight conections. If you have the voltage output then you need to make sure there are no pinched wires from the panel to the bulb sockets. Thank You. Read More...
