Jim for Model Number 110.213020213 Codes that are popping up... F0e5, F7e1 Changed Shift actuator. Splutch is fine. Clothes are coming out drenched at times. Put into drain/spin, everything starts to spin and then the agitator seems to spin at a higher speed than the tub. Is my gear case(transmission) going out? Agitates high and low. Will spin high and low. Using manual test. However, with clothes in, this agitator-tub speed dilemma starts. Please help. Open to suggestions.
Answer Jim, you were on target, the error codes you listed would indicate a problem in the drive system, and you'd normally check/replace the shift actuator. You should probably take the tech data sheet, run the recalibration program, and run the Tachometer Verification Mode, the control may not be sensing the basket move in spin. Then you'll need to check the "splutch and drive pulley to make sure they are installed properly, the cam is moving properly and the actuator is activating the shift lever properly.
