Answer Larry, This is a Glass control panel, with a keypad and lens attached to the underside/interior of the console. If someone used the improper cleaning solution or scouring pad, etc. the glas could have been damaged / distorted and the display could be difficult to read. Replace the control panel 9782418CB / 9782418cb and check to see if there is any moisture or condensation inside the console assembly. Read More...
