Anthony for Model Number kgsc308lsso I just received a wpl 9754341cb glass console control panel only thing different about the new console is the ribbon connection has a female pin plug connection .My old one the ribbons were just inserted into the board connection and held in with a plastic hold down that you slip the ribbon threw.Can these end connectors be removed are they optional.Please help me.
