Janis for Model Number JJW9627BAB Hello and thanks ofr your help in advance. I have two problems. I have a Jenn-air electric convection double wall oven. (JJW9627BAB) The inner glass (item #10 on diagram part #74005637)) is broken and needs to be replaced. Also The frame part number 71003446 needs to be replaced but I don't know what if looks like. The diagram only shows the door frame in one piece. I have already ordered 74006315. Please help I have tried to find these items what is is an alternative?? Desparate
