1 Answer Diane, you forgot to include a model number for your range. As best we can tell, based on the dimensions and information you supplied you most likely need the 74003645/74003645 Inner Door Glass Size: 20 5/8 inches x 13 1/8 inches(you were 1/8 in. off). the production tag with the model and serial number is located on the left front frame of the range when you open the storage or broiler drawer. We can recheck and verify the correct part for the oven door glass. Thanks, Read More...

Rad November 13, 2015 for Model Number Sve47100w My inner glass window of oven is broke, I have received part 74009648, but I ordered 2087058, I believe this is the same , is that correct??? Also the glass window behind this window is also broke, what do I need to replace this window? Would it also be the same part number? and do I need to replace both, I assume I need to.
1 Answer Hello Rad. 74009648 is the correct glass needed. Both glasses are the same number. To change the glass in an oven door, you will need to determine how to remove the door on the model number you are working on. If you open the door to the first stopping point, some oven doors will lift off the unit in this position. On other models, you will see clips on the back of the hinge toward the opening where the hinge enters the range. If yours is like this, you will open the door all the way open, then pull the clips down until they stop and lock in place. Then close the door to the stopping point and lift the door off the range. If you door does not lift off, and it does not have the clips, then you will open the door all the way open. You will see a hole in the hinge at the bottom of the door. You will insert a pin or nail into that hole and close the door to the stopping point. Then you can lift the door off the unit. Once the door is removed, you will lay it on a soft surface and disassemble the door. Pay attention and make notes if needed for reassembly of the oven door. Once you have replaced the door glass, you will reinstall the oven door back onto the range in reverse order of the way you removed it. Read More...
