Kathy Bernat for Model Number KEBS107DSS8 I have three glass pieces for the inside of my oven, one I just ordered to replace the inner glass which cracked. I am having trouble reassembling the oven door and wonder if I ordered the wrong piece. Is the inner glass piece supposed to be smaller than the center and outer glass pieces?
Answer Hi Kathy, your door assembly has two inner pieces of glass. If you open your oven door and look down, the first glass you see is part# WP4449259 and measures approximately 20" wide x 10" tall. The next glass inside is another inner glass WP4449263 which is larger and is approximately 22" wide x 12" tall. These measurements are approximate but you can see an obvious difference.
