Linda, You forgot to include a model number of your fridge, but, Of course you'll need to remove the bin/drawer. and removing the top glass shelf helps a lot also. You'll need to leave the glide extensions out as far as possible and, depending on your version of refrigerator, you will find at least one phillips head screw holding the rail to the drawer end cap and there may be a white plastic tab sticking through the metal rail at the back, you'll need to press in on the tab and slide the metal rail out of the retainers.
