Kate for Model Number Whirlpool Dryer LER4634JQ1 I replaced the thermal fuse and have checked the heat coils and all 3 thermostats with a multimeter but the dryer continues to run with no heat. The timer dial does advance when the dryer runs. All wiring appears to be intact. What else could be wrong?
Answer Hello Kate. You need to check and see if the motor or timer is bad and is not sending 120 volts to the heater and make sure you have 240 volts at the terminal block of the dryer. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
