XXX, First, Aree you sure you orderred the correct parts, The hooks are designated by side (rt of lft) and by bin size and location. The next check is the remove the bin, and check and make sure the mounting rivet WP59920-17 is there and not missing( it is visible from the edge of the bin) You'll need to retract the the center pin by pressing in on it from the inside of the bin rail, until you can extract it with a pair of needle nose pliers, then carefully pry out on the remainder of the rivet. Then you will bw able to remove the P.O. hook from the bin. Reverse the procedure and you should be through. Thanks and Good Luck
