Answer

Nicole, To change out the hose you will need to unplug the washer. Turn off the water supply to the washer. Disconnect the hot and cold water hoses from the rear of the washer and remove the end of the drain hose from the standpipe. Take the washer lid closed. Carefully lay the washer on its front panel, place padding on the floor to protect the surface. Loosen the clamp and pull the drain hose off the pump. Not that there is a tab on the outlet connector that fits into a slot in the hose. You can now remove the drain hose and install the new hose.
