Ron for Model Number GEW9250PL0 Started having problems with the user control locking and it could not be unlocked. then sometimes you could select certain cycles and it would dry and sometimes you couldn't select anything. I repalced this user interface (8558756) and it worked perfectly for about a week. Now there is no power at all. Nothing will light up. Do you think this has gone bad again or some other problem? I checked the main control board with a meter and it's getting power.
Answer Hello Ron. You will need to check and make sure there are no loose or bad wire connections on the unit. If all are good, you will need to see if the main control board WP8546219 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
