Richard for Model Number WED9550WWO Wife ran dryer on heavy for 50 min and the clothes were still damp. We ran it on timed dry another 15 minutes then the clothes were dry any suggestions?
Answer Richard, you may want to test the inlet thermistor for 50k ohm resistance and the outlet thermistor for 10k ohms. You will also want to check to see how the control is cycling the element during the dry cycle. Also, if the clothes were warm and damp, you may also want to check the exhaust ventilation running from inside the house to the outside. Read More...
