King for Model Number whirlpool side by side model#6gd25dcxh508 Why do I always find ice buildup around the ice shute area and also the bottom rack on the freezer door? My fridge carries a flap heater that does not work due to a broken ribbon.
Answer Hello King. Check to see if the flapper is broken and not closing properly. If so, you will need to replace the chute door WP2180353. If any other parts are causing the door to remain open, they will need to be replaced. You will need to check inside the dispenser to see which part is bad. Hope this helps. Read More...
