Bill for Model Number KitchenAid model KSBP25FKSS02 Installed ice marker W10190965 in my KitchenAid Refrigerator. It made one batch of ice over night and this morning the shut off arm was in the up position. I moved the arm all the up and backdown and it went through another cycle and dumped the ice. I arm again stuck in the up postion. I left it there for several hours.
