Bette for Model Number W2RXEMMWB00 We moved into this house and the refridge with a freezer ice maker came too. The freezer and refridge is working great, however the ice maker is trying to make ice -- we are getting hollow ice and only 1 at a time. We do have water coming in to the ice maker. Someone mentioned that a filter was dirty. Where is the filter and how do we get to it?
