Jason for Model Number WSR25D2RYW00 I had an issue where the plastic piece on the ice level arm broke off and got jammed up in the ejector fingers. So I ordered a new Ice maker, and installed it. I was unable to use the new harness wire that was sent with the new Ice maker because the original appears to be built into the fridge, itself. Unfortunately, now the ice maker is still not working? First I tried the jumper test T - H to harvest, and it failed, I then tested for stand by voltage L-N, and got no voltage? Can I test for voltage from the harness without the Ice Maker plugged in? If so how? Or is it possible I just received a faulty Ice maker?
Answer Jason, based on the information provided, the wire harness has a failure. This can be tested while the ice maker is unplugged as there should be 120VAC from the black wire to the white wire. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, May 11, 2023
