Hello Ed. You will need to cycle the icemaker and test for power to the water valve and see if there is any power there when the icemaker cycles. It will only be there for a few seconds during the cycle. If there is power there, and the fill tube is not frozen, and no water comes in, replace the water valve. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
