Sheryl Received our replacement ice maker and watched the install video which was very helpful. Following his directions we unplugged the refrigerator and took our the old ice maker with no issues. We then installed the new part and plugged in the refrigerator again. Following the installation manual that came with the part it noted how to start the ice maker. We have tried to rotate ejector fingers with light pressure in a clockwise direction BUT they do not move at all. Are we doing something wrong? Please address this asap as the new unit now has water in it and is freezing the ice. Than you
