Answer Peter, You'll need to disconnect power to the dryer, remove the lower front access panel (two spring clips in the seam between the lower panel and upper front panel/door assembly) set the panel aside. You may want to lay a towel or pad on the front frame of the base. Push the idler arm towards the motor pulley and slip the belt off the motor. With a small flat blade screwdriver, pry the triangular plastic retainer clip off the end of the idler shaft, and remove the washers and pulley, clean the shaft with a wrag, lubricate the shaft with high speed oil( 3 in 1 oil works) and reverse the procedure.
