Airlair3 Hi, I just wanted to follow up on my previous question. Would you recommend replacing the shafts along with the pully kit that you recommended in the previous answer to my first question. If so, could you forward me the shaft part numbers and possibly installation instructions? Thank you!
Answer Hello, If they have never been turned, I would not replace them. You can turn them to expose a fresh area to the wheel bearings and get the same life out of them again that you have gotten already. If you think about how the drum sets in between the wheels, they tend to wear only in one spot. When you flip them to expose an unworn area it has the same effect as installing new shafts. Unfortunately, without your model number I cannot provide valid part numbers. As long as they haven't been flipped, I really don't believe you need them. Read More...
