Steve for Model Number sf385peew0 I have a bad LF ignitor I cannot get the burner head off The two large screws that hold down the burner head are frozen in place. Is there any other way to change out the bad ignitor?
Answer Hello Steve, unfortunately, the screws would have to be removed to gain access to the ignitor. You can try loosening them with WD40 or a penetrating oil that is used for rusty bolts but be sure all the oil is cleaned off before lighting a burner. If still frozen the screws would have to be cut off or drilled out. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, July 17, 2019
