Joep July 28, 2019 for Model Number SF395LEEB Both igniters on the right side of this range are weak. I can see them spark, but not as strong as the left side. The left side works fine. Is this an igniter issue or controller issue. I also noticed there are four igniters listed but none are identified as to which one is located. Can anyone help with this?
1 Answer JoeP, based on what you have described, I would suspect the spark module as being the problem. The spark module supplies high voltage to each ignitor which in turn provides the spark to each burner. The voltage provided to each burner is not something that you should try to check. It is dangerous due to high voltage. You can check for continuity from the spark module to the igniter tip located at the burner. Read More...
Steve July 17, 2019 for Model Number sf385peew0 I have a bad LF ignitor I cannot get the burner head off The two large screws that hold down the burner head are frozen in place. Is there any other way to change out the bad ignitor?
1 Answer Hello Steve, unfortunately, the screws would have to be removed to gain access to the ignitor. You can try loosening them with WD40 or a penetrating oil that is used for rusty bolts but be sure all the oil is cleaned off before lighting a burner. If still frozen the screws would have to be cut off or drilled out. Read More...

Maryla November 10, 2016 for Model Number SF395LEEB0 I need igniters for right front and rear burners. Will the same part # igniter work for both?
1 Answer Maryla, Yes, the W11032529 / W11032529 Igniter, Surface, will work and fit on all the burners of your model gas range. The manufacturer has "substituted" the individual igniters to the same part number. The parts are in stock and available at this time. Thanks, Read More...
Mike June 02, 2016 for Model Number SFP385PEEQ0 I bought part W10850843 (AP5989711) for the right-front burner, but the lead is too short to reach the spark module by about 6 inches. it reaches the left front fine. On my unit, the spark module is on the far left of the control panel. It says this part is for both front surface burners. What can I do? Is there an extension wire or am i attempting to install it wrong? FWIW - the lead wire on the ignitor i removed is the right length, and I am running the wire through to the spark module the same way as the one I deinstalled
1 Answer Hello Mike. The model number will have to be verified on the units I.D. tag since the one listed came up invalid. This will be necessary to look up and specific parts such as the one you requested. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. We will need your model number to help you with this. Please call 1-877-477-7278 or post your model number with a new question on the parts page. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/modelnumber_locator.aspx Read More...

Jim E May 06, 2015 for Model Number SF385PEEQ All 4 top igniters stopped working. the oven works fine. Help
1 Answer Jim, With all 4 of the top burners stopping at the same time, this issue would most likely be caused by a faulty spark module, part number WPW10110491. Read More...
Robert December 04, 2014 for Model Number SF315PEGQ The right front burner on my Whirlpool stove, model SF315PEGQ, will not ignite. I need to light it with a match. I hear it click when it’s supposed to, and if I look down into the burner, I can see a spark underneath the igniter with an occasional random spark at the tip. This is the burner I use the most but I don’t see any cracks in the ceramic igniter. My research found this part to be Whirlpool’s AP2990097, which you carry in stock. Does it sound like this will solve my problem?
1 Answer Robert, Aside from checking the wire for the igniter, this igniter W11032529 would be the correct part to replace. Read More...
