Joep for Model Number SF395LEEB Both igniters on the right side of this range are weak. I can see them spark, but not as strong as the left side. The left side works fine. Is this an igniter issue or controller issue. I also noticed there are four igniters listed but none are identified as to which one is located. Can anyone help with this?
Answer JoeP, based on what you have described, I would suspect the spark module as being the problem. The spark module supplies high voltage to each ignitor which in turn provides the spark to each burner. The voltage provided to each burner is not something that you should try to check. It is dangerous due to high voltage. You can check for continuity from the spark module to the igniter tip located at the burner. Read More...
