This water inlet valve regulates the flow of household water into the dishwasher at the start of each cycle. Replacing a weak, clogged, or leaking valve restores proper fill level for reliable performance and helps prevent leaks or fill errors.

EJ, You can remove the hose and try to use a small toothbrush and soapy water to get the screen clean in the valve. Or try spraying water into the valve to get this cleaned. To access the valve you will use a putty knife under the corners of the control panel and pop the control panel free. Once you do this then there will be 2 clips to remove to remove the cabinet of the unit.
