This water inlet valve regulates the flow of household water into the dishwasher at the start of each cycle. Replacing a weak, clogged, or leaking valve restores proper fill level for reliable performance and helps prevent leaks or fill errors.

  • Opens to allow the correct amount of water into the tub; closes to stop the fill
  • Common fix for dishwasher not filling or taking too long to fill
