Stella for Model Number LSN2000LG1 I was given a whirlpool washer because mine quit working. I was told that you had to manually change the cycles on the machine, but when I tried to use it the cold water continued to run. So, I shut off the cold water and proceeded to use the washer with hot water. After initial filling, and agitation, the washer would not fill because I had shut off the cold water. In order to fill, I needed to turn back on, and then off after filling. Does this seem to be the problem with my washer? Water Intake valve? What's the chance that's the problem, if I order this part?
