Jim D. for Model Number KDTE140DSS0 The dishwasher is not getting water. Replaced the water inlet valve. Pressure good. Water supply to valve good. You can hear the valve open for about 5 seconds then it stops with just a small amount of water getting into the dishwasher. I found the tech sheet and tried to invoke diagnostic codes the only thing I saw that may help was one white and one blue light flashing constantly. There is nothing on the tech sheet to say what that means? I am a licensed plumber with over 34 years experience, but I don't usually repair appliances unless it's for a friend so I could use some help with diagnosing the problem! Thanks
Answer Hello Jim, If your model number is actually KDTE104DSS0, the diagnostic cycle will tell you what the fault code is by which lights are illuminated. The color of the lights is not important.
