Dan D for Model Number JDR8895AAS My panel works intermittently. Sometimes only the Broil will work. Other times, clean will work. I tried to do a reset per the manual but it doesn't seem to work. I have also tried to shut off the breaker and reset it with no changes. I am assuming that the issue is the board. Is there any other trouble shooting I can do to confirm this before purchasing a new board?

Answer Dan, You're on target, the issue is the keypad circuits have degraded and are intermittent. But. the membrane assembly is integrated to the control assembly WP5701M796-60 / 74009980 Oven Control Board and the assembly will need to be replaced.
