Brett, as the oven control WP5701M796-60 was replaced, it would be recommended that the power supply is checked at the terminal block to ensure there is 240VAC when testing from the red wire to the black wire. If there is not voltage present, the breaker may need to be checked to ensure it is turned to the on position. If there is voltage at the terminal block, the power supply would need to be unplugged and the black wires going to the control from the terminal block will need to be tested for continuity to identify if one is broken.
