Jeff for Model Number Jenn Air JDR8895AAS Our oven stopped working (electric duel fuel) after self clean cycle (which actually didn't work). The clock and controls appear to work, however neither element (top and bottom ovens) heats up. I turned off the breaker for a while to see if it might reset, but didn't work. Only change was that now the igniters for the gas burners on the stove don't work! Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Answer Hello Jeff. Test the high limit and make sure it reads closed for continuity. If so, replace the clock in the unit. If not, replace the thermostat 74009969. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
