Answer Hello Sbabola. Remove the front from the washer and raise the top and disconnect the power to the unit. Then place the large pulley under the washer on top of a 4x4 board. Brace the washer where it does not fall. This will raise the assembly enough for you to access and replace the damper kit 203956. Be careful not to knock the washer off the block of wood.
