Chad for Model Number WTW6400SW2 We have had this model for approximately 5 years and have had no issues up until now. We noticed water underneath of the washer about 1 month ago. We took it apart and discovered a crack in the drain pump due to a coin being lodged into it. We replaced the pump, cleaned all parts and put the components back together. For the next month all issues were resolved and the washer worked like a charm again. The washer has since developed a new issue. Sd is on the display screen and the washer stops cycling before spinning out. It is draining, agitating, but will not spin out. After running the diagnostic check, codes F32 and F71 came up. It is obviously not a soap issue as we have always used the same HE detergent. The other code states something about mechanical friction. Any ideas or answers? Thanks
Answer Hello Chad. Check for bad bearings, something between the inner and outer tubs. If both are good, make sure nothing is clogging the new pump. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, January 14, 2014
