Metrowest for Model Number 2006 Sears Kenmore Elite Oasis King Size Capacity Plus Sorry for not having the exact model, but couldn't find a sticker anywhere. But this is all standard Whirlpool stuff definitely bought in 2006. Anyway... Getting F51 intermittently mid-cycle, so went to replace RPS, then realized stator had 3 cracks in it so went ahead and replaced that. I have the old style RPS, and didn't want to replace all the wires, but I have all the parts and can do that next. Bearing was fine BTW, if it was junk I would have replaced the washer :-) So now, it does F51 once or twice with in 20 seconds of starting a load and then if you tell it to continue it runs perfect and finishes the load fine (no stopping in the middle)??? So my questions: Will replacing old RPS with new kit fix this, or does it sound more like control board? If it needs a new control board, I'll just buy a new washer and cut my losses (and return the $200 in parts :-)). Many thanks.... Metrowest
Answer Metrowest, You will want to replace the RPS Kit W10183157 for the F51 error code. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, August 10, 2015
