Dave for Model Number msd2756de My Whirlpool side by side has not been able to dispense water or fill the ice tray, the water source is known good. I suspect one of the coils went bad on the water valve. please advise.
Answer Dave, You're on the right track, with both water sources not working , you most likely have a bad solenoid on the primary fill valve, or a loose connection 61005626 if you haven't yet, consider a new water filter EDR7D1 as well.
