Wayne for Model Number jcd2389ges My Jenn Air refriferator once in a while the water leaking out from the bottom of the freezer door, and everytime it's happen I open the freezer door and I saw water running out from the back compartment but I'm not sure exactly where is this leaking from, could this be the water inlet valve failure?
Answer Hi Wayne, check to see if your evaporator drain 61003830 or drain tube 61004751 is clogged and not letting the water drain after the unit goes into defrost cycle. It's supposed to drain down into the drain pan 61004095 but if it's clogged somewhere along the way you may experience the leak you are seeing. Hope this helps! Read More...
