Bill for Model Number Whirlpool LLR8245AWO I need to replace a missing timer knob, item #44. Looking at the diagram, the dial #45 may also be damaged because what remains on my washer doesn't look complete as your photo shows. I also can't figure out how to remove it (the dial) My question is do I order both items #44 and #45 for a complete assembly? How do I remove the dial? Thanks.
Answer Hello Bill! For the complete assembly you will need the knob and dial, you can purchase the two parts in kit part number 280193. Here is a link from YouTube that our company has supplied, it is for a similiar make/model however, it will give you a general idea on how to replace the timer dial.
