Tony for Model Number lsr7333pqo The knob on my washer comes off when I set the wash cycle and pull out to start. The back of the knob has a split it but doesnt appear to be cracked. The little tits on the side of the shaft the knob goes on appear to be worn a little but it looks they are alright. How can I keep the knob from coming off? Thanks Tony
Answer Hello Tony. If the knob has a split int it, you will need to replace the knob WP8544943. These work off pressure from the clip inside the timer shaft and the knob. If the knob is good, you will need to remove the control panel and see if the clip is pushed out of the back of the timer. If so, push the clip back into place, once the knob is positioned on the timer shaft, until the clip click and locks into place. Hope this helps. Read More...
