Answer Martin, During normal operation of the range, the igniter will cycle of and on based on the whether the thermostat or sensor is satisfied. When the oven gets to the proper temperature the igniter will cycle off. When the unit get down to a certain point the igniter will then turn back on in order to light the burner to satisfy the thermostat again. Read More...
