Cheryl for Model Number DRB2455RALAD The dyer is heating fine, when i turn the knob to set a time, the knob does not move but the clothes continue to dry. Is this a problem with the knob or do i need to replace the timer.
Answer Hello Cheryl, if you are able to turn the timer knob and hear the timer clicking as it moves from one cycle to the other than you can rule the knob out. If the knob was broken it wouldn't move the timer from one cycle to the next. If it never moves off of one of the minute marks that you set it at, my guess is you have a bad timer. Part # WE4X797.
