Kathleen J for Model Number KGCT365XAL3 These knobs are the correct part for my appliance, but they do not seem to fit. The original ones do not have the metal clip, and these just do not seem to want to slide on.
Answer Hello Kathleen. The knobs WP3181304 should have the metal clip inside them. You will need to check and see if the old clips from the old knobs are stuck on the switch shafts.
