Sean March 27, 2016 for Model Number MEC7536WS00 My control knob is missing the spring inside. Do you sell just the replacement spring, or do I have to purchase the entire knob? Thanks.
Betty January 13, 2015 for Model Number KESK901SSS00 The new range is located in a corner and the drawer at 90 degrees will not open because it hits the range knobs. We are looking for a lower profile knob. How tall is this one? Can you suggest others with minimal height?
1 Answer Hello Betty! Unfortunately, we can only suggest the original knobs as replacement for your unit. Sorry! Read More...

Susan November 03, 2012 for Model Number 3181304 Saw your response to another asking same question. New knobs won't slide on. Correct model #. Your other answer says to check if metal clips from old knobs were on the metal shafts. Not the case for us. Why won't they fit properly?
1 Answer Hi Susan, take a close look at the new knob. It should have a "D" shaped opening. The shaft on your burner valve also has the same "D" shape. If lined up properly, the knob should go on. The previous post is related to the clip in the knob. Sometimes the clip from the old knob is stuck on the shaft of the valve and when you try to install the new knob with clip, it is hitting on the old clip not allowing the knob to go onto the shaft. Hope this helps! Read More...
Kathleen J December 12, 2011 for Model Number KGCT365XAL3 These knobs are the correct part for my appliance, but they do not seem to fit. The original ones do not have the metal clip, and these just do not seem to want to slide on.
1 Answer Hello Kathleen. The knobs WP3181304 should have the metal clip inside them. You will need to check and see if the old clips from the old knobs are stuck on the switch shafts. If so, you will need to remove them. Hope this helps. Read More...
