Kevin for Model Number Kitchen aid. Kawe550v I have ordered a replacement control panel knob but it has a metal insert on the female opening that does fit the stem. Where can I get a replacement without the metal insert or if I can't get one what do I have to replace. It is an old washer but it still works. Thanks
