Janice K for Model Number whirlpool regal energy saver 7500 I cannot open my dishwasher door. The latch seems to be stuck in an upward position. I cannot get the information for the appliance model number, since the door will not open. Is there an emergency release that I can do to open it? I have unplugged it and plugged it back already too
