Answer Richard, can you "feel" or hear the latch assembly WPW10275768 snap into the closed/locked position ? You also want to check and make sure the racks and track assemblies are retracting all the way back into the tub and not getting stuck or blocked by a loose manifold tube, bowed tub or roller issue on the tracks.
