Hi. Open the inner door panel. Look inside the back side of the control panel part # 6-919822 to see if the door latch female pivot points are broken and laying on the inside of the outer door bottom. This will make the door latch part # WPW10130695 loose. This is mainly caused by initial installation of the unit not being proper. Remove the lower kick plate and see if all 4-legs are snug against the floor. Correct this issue by following the installing instructions provided with the unit. So the latch and body is level and do not bind and break again. Thank You.
