Amy for Model Number MDB9705AWS My dishwasher quit cycling - replaced broken handle assembly. Now it will run part of a cycle but doesn't clean the dishes. I noticed the numbers on the front will usually be complete when it starts but parts of them disappear as it runs. It seems like it starts the 1'st wash then shorts out and doesn't complete the cleaning cycle. I think it might be the circuit board inside the door with the ribbon but I'm not sure. There's always part of the numbers showing on the front. It just doesn't cycle right.
Answer Hello Amy. You will want to open the control panel and make sure the ribbon coming from the touchpad to the board is dry and correctly connected.
